LUM Vertical Roller Mill

Cement Vertical Roller Mill

Cement vertical roller mill is the main equipment for production of cement. Vertical roller mill is mainly low operation cost, stable product quality, simple operation and maintenance. The biggest function of the cement vertical roller mill is energy saving and environmental protection and pollution free.

The main working principle of cement vertical roller mill is: the main motor drives through reducer rotating disc. Meanwhile, the hot air from the air inlet into the cement vertical roller mill. The material falls on the central disc through the feed port. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material from the center to the edge of a uniformly moving disc. After grinding roller grinding plate area, the material by grinding roller rolling. The bulk material is crushed directly. The fine material is crushed by the extrusion forming bed.. The crushed materials continue to move to the edge of the grinding disc, strong airflow by the wind until ring away. Iron and other impurities mixed in material, because of the difficulty of grinding and big gravity, when move through edge of the disc, can not be taken away by the air flow, fall into the inferior vena of mill, was sent to Scum outlet by scraper plate and discharged outside the host.
